Sewer Jetting Truck is widly use in various industry, which has made a great contribution to the urban environment construction, mainly suitable for sewage sludge suction, shipment and discharge. 1600Gal Sewer Jetting Truck is a more multimultipurpose sewage truck, which characterized with the advantage of large suction power and long suction stroke.

 

The overall dimension of the trank is about 6320*2110*2750, and the color is mainly ivory white. The decals on truck body can be costomerized.

 

The shape of the tank body is cylindrical, lying on the chassis. The material of tank is high quality carbon steel plate. The tank inside is also arranged with two layers of welding wave isolation plate, so as to reduce the shaking of sewage, making the vehicle running more stable. The red and yellow reflective markings of carriage on the tail of the tank shall increases the safety of driving at night.

 

Suction rod is arranged on the right side of the tank body, with two small and operating rod for simple and convenient operation. The decals for suction operation signs is next to the operating rod, which clearly shows the operation precaution of suction rod and call attention for some matters occured. The lower right of the suction lever is the urea tank, which can ensure that the vehicle emissions meet the emission standard of Euro V.

 

1600Gal Sewer Jetting Truck has hydraulic cylinder and self-discharge hydraulic cylinder, the opening hydraulic cylinder is characterized with light weight, good dynamic, and low noise, which can automatically open the back cover for waste water discharge. All hydraulic cylinders are equipped with sealing plug, for preventing pollutant. Hydraulic cylinders are made of high pressure galvanized steel, with advantage of good hardness, corrosion and rust prevention, durable and beautiful. The suction hose is placed in the groove on the left side of the tank body for easy removal and handling.

 

The vehicle tyre adopts 7.50R16 steel wire tire, which has the advantages of high elasticity, good toughness, wear resistance and long service life. The rear truck arranged with a spare tire, in case of emergencies on the road. From chassis to tank body, the 1600Gal Sewer Jetting Truck has an appearance in design, the color collocation is also very simple and concise, which is worth the cost!
