The manufacturing process includes steps such as steel plate blanking, sheet milling, plate docking, reeling, reshaping, assembly, welding, and forming. The truck features a China famous brand Axle, and the main beam is cut by a laser cutter and welded by laser positioning air suspension. The tank has a clean and smooth painting surface, and different capacity fuel tanker options are available according to customer requirements.

The fuel tanker truck has been designed with safety as a top priority, with all safety protection devices installed on the tankers. It also features separate compartments divided to load various fuel types such as diesel, oil, palm oil, and drinking oil with one tank. The tank manufacturing automation production line has adopted advanced tank manufacturing technology and is equipped with automatic manufacturing equipment for each process. All truck chassis and parts used are original and come from popular G7 countries. The tankers are tested by air, water, X-ray, and fire-firing, ensuring quality is guaranteed.

The fuel tanker truck is from the SINOTRUK HOWO series, with a 6×4 drive style, and the truck’s overall dimensions are 9900x2500x3300mm. The truck’s gross vehicle weight (GVW) is 26000kg, and the curb weight is 11850kg. The tank capacity is 20000 liters, and it has three compartments, inner with anti-surge baffles in the tank. The truck is equipped with a high-quality mild steel oval tank with a thickness of 4-5mm, and it features a variety of components, including a fuel dispenser computer, oil pump, flow meter, and API system. The tank is painted with advanced polyurethane, and there are two fire extinguishers installed at the rear of the truck.
