Under-lift

Utilizing the extending and retracting capabilities of the under-lift, vehicles can be hoisted, dropped, loaded, and folded to support both front and rear sections, facilitating the towing of damaged vehicles away from accident scenes. Various structural configurations of under-lifts are available, enabling easy installation and removal by lifting the axles, wheels, and leaf springs of accident vehicles.

Hydraulic System:
The integrated wreckers are entirely powered by a hydraulic system, enabling functions such as lifting, loading, towing, and hauling.

Hydraulic Circuit:
Constructed from high-pressure galvanized steel, the hydraulic oil pipe boasts excellent pressure resistance, thermal performance, and durability, ensuring an appealing appearance and a service life synchronized with the super body. The hydraulic fittings, utilizing bite-type rigid connectors from Germany, significantly reduce interface oil leakage and maintain a lifespan synchronized with the super body.

Circuit Change Valves:
Italy directional control valves are employed and strategically installed to ensure safe operation under extreme conditions.

Oil Cylinder:
The inner cylinder undergoes precise boring and barreling processes, resulting in enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and a clean, smooth surface that protects seals effectively.

Piston Rod (solid body):
Subjected to heat treatment, the piston rods feature a thick chrome layer for tackling high-intensity operations. Utilizing imported seal assemblies from Germany, Britain, and Italy, specifically, Stepseal®, allows for adjustments according to the varying structures of oil cylinders, optimizing their working conditions. The piston support ring, made of high-temperature and wear-resistant imported materials, either features a dual support ring or a large area single support ring structure to meet design requirements. During wrecker operations, these high-standard support rings ensure stable working conditions, preventing direct friction between the piston and the inner piston rod and cylinder cover.
