STRUCTURER

It has core competitive advantages. The operating range of the company’s 32-meter ladder truck can reach 32 meters, which is equivalent to an 11-story building. The imported Korean Jietong ladder arm is fully assembled to ensure product quality, and the maximum cargo weight is 400 kg.
The ladder truck is mainly composed of frame assembly, ladder assembly, trolley assembly, turntable assembly, winch assembly, hydraulic system assembly, electrical system assembly, etc. When conveying goods, 4 hydraulic supports are extended to strengthen the stability of the whole machine.
Chassis Truck
The JMC chassis is adopted, and the procedures for National V and VI are complete, the failure rate is low, and the reliability is high. The weight of the vehicle is controlled within 4.5 tons, the blue card is listed, and the C1 driver’s license can be driven. It is free of purchase tax, does not require an operating license, and is a non-operating vehicle. The service life is 30 years.
Boom Ladder
The ladder arm is originally imported from Korea Jietong, and the ladder frame adopts a cross-sectional alloy aluminum structure with reliable quality, ensuring safety and service life. After the ladder arm extends 32 meters, the overlap of each section is 1.275 meters, which is the highest overlap in the industry and ensures the stability of the ladder arm.
Carrier Trolley wheels
The working mode of multiple rollers and guide wheels running simultaneously between the rack trolley and the elevator ladder is used to ensure the normal operation of the trolley. The trolley wheel adopts the integrated glue filling process, which is reliable in quality and wear-resistant.
Outrigger
The outriggers are made of Shanghai Baosteel 700# high-strength steel plate, which is reinforced and welded at the stress points to ensure the safety of the whole vehicle.
Steel Wire rope
The steel wire ropes are all steel core wire ropes. The ladder is connected by steel wire ropes to realize synchronous sliding. The steel wire ropes are all steel core wire ropes.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system of the vehicle is based on the strong technical strength of the pump truck and the technology is mature. The main hydraulic components use imported MS hydraulic brakes and hydraulic motors, and the balance valve group uses imported Rexroth valve groups. The vehicle has four hydraulic outriggers with stable performance, safety and reliability.
Cooling System
The electronically controlled automatic induction cooling system can better realize the heat balance of the whole machine. The manual and automatic integrated radiator can be operated manually and equipped with automatic temperature sensing. When the temperature reaches 55 degrees, it will automatically dissipate heat to reduce loss.
Electrical Components
The industrial controller is used for independent programming, which is stable and reliable, simple to operate, and low maintenance costs. It is intelligent, starts smoothly, accelerates in the middle, and decelerates to a stop at the end.
