The characteristic of the Swing Arm Garbage Truck is that the refuse tank is separated from the truck body, so that the combined use of one truck and multiple refuse tanks can be realized, and the cyclic transportation can be realized. The cargo bucket has square and boat shapes. The square shape is used for pit type, and the boat shape is placed on the ground, which fully improves the transportation capacity of the vehicle, and is especially suitable for short-distance transportation, such as the cleaning and transportation of urban garbage by the sanitation department. In order to prevent the loaded light cargo from falling during transportation, this model can be designed as a fully enclosed structure. The garbage bucket can be hung up and down, and the working cycle time of the swing arm is 60S.
The working principle of the swing arm garbage truck is combined with the advanced technical design of similar sanitation garbage trucks, and the hydraulic technology is fully utilized to make the vehicle design structure reasonable, excellent performance, flexible and easy to operate.
• The entire operating system of the swing arm garbage truck is composed of power take-off, oil pump, manual multi-way reversing valve, one-way hydraulic lock, balance valve, oil pipe, fuel tank, etc. The whole system is powered by automobile gearbox and power take-off. The manual multi-way reversing valve controls the outrigger cylinder and the swing arm cylinder for telescopic movement.
• The swing arm mechanism of the swing arm garbage truck is a box-shaped structure composed of steel plates. Its main function is that the multi-way valve operates the oil cylinder to drive the swing arm to rotate around the axis, and its rotation angle is 145°, so that the garbage hopper can be lifted and the garbage hopper can be tilted.
• The swing arm garbage truck garbage bucket is a kind of refuse box used to transport garbage. The swing arm garbage truck is provided with two telescopic oil cylinders on both sides of the upper top cover of the truck box for opening and closing the upper top cover, and the lifting rod for lifting the garbage tank is linked with the upper top cover.
• The displacement of the oil pump in the operating system of the swing arm garbage truck can be regulated by the manual throttle under the vehicle. The manual reversing valve handle controls the stroke of the valve rod to control the movement speed of the cylinder piston rod. The system pressure can be set by the safety relief valve. Exceeding the set pressure will be overflowed by the safety relief valve.
• The swing arm of the swing arm garbage truck has a working cycle time of 60S, and the garbage bucket is separated from the body to complete the recycling of one truck and multiple buckets, which greatly reduces the cost of municipal sanitation.
