Description
1. This 16-20CBM Sewage Tanker Truck adopts the vehicle-mounted pump produced by the professional manufacturer. The installation structure is compact. The pump has low speed (energy saving), high vacuum degree (vacuum degree of 99.6%), wide working pressure range (limit absolute working pressure is 200 ~ 8500Pa), low Noise, fast pumping speed, low energy consumption and high efficiency;
2. The key parts of the hydraulic lifting system are sealed with imported parts, and the double-acting lifting cylinder and control valve are domestic well-known brand products;
3. The tank body is cylindrical, the head is oval, and the tank body is evenly stressed;
4. There is a transverse wave-proof plate in the tank, which can reduce the impact on the tank body during the driving process of the vehicle and ensure the smooth running of the vehicle; the inner wall of the tank has a reinforcing ring, which can ensure that the tank body will not change under the state of negative pressure extraction.
Tank Self-unloading
The sewage suction tank adopts double oil cylinder self-unloading, which is more convenient and faster to dump sewage without fear of blockage by large pieces of dirt.
Sewage Pump
Adopt water circulation pump, simple structure, stronger suction, not afraid of pump body heat, can work continuously, optional Yifeng, Weilong oil pump, or Italy brand.
Drainage Outlet
The self-flow port at the rear has a large diameter and fast self-flow. It is equipped with a manual ball valve switch as standard.
High Pressure Hose Reel
Standard 60 meters long inner diameter 19MM high pressure pipe, automatic return reel with 10 conventional nozzles.
High Pressure Pumps
Optional Italian high pressure pump or German and domestic high pressure pump is compact, small in size, light in weight, high in pressure and easy to maintain.
Manifold Valve
The rear operation box is equipped with a hand throttle for more convenient operation. It is equipped with a domestic well-known brand manifold valve, which is reliable in quality and easy to use.
Suction Tank
The middle of the tank is made of 5mm high-quality carbon steel, and the head is made of 6mm high-quality carbon steel. Scientific design with round shape and no deformation.
