1. Dongfeng Tandem Axle Chassis
The autonomous boom autoloader, with its wheel lift unit, is paired with the innovative Dongfeng new version style chassis, meticulously engineered to complement the widely favored low-profile medium-duty chassis seamlessly.
2. Boom
Lift ratings for this technology range from 53,000lbs to 56,500lbs, with a reach spanning from 141 inches to 181 inches. Additionally, this innovative technology is incorporated into the autoloader wheel lift, which boasts a distinctive patented roller system enabling the boom to extend up to 60 inches.
3. Mechanical Features
The medullar body is crafted with professional, modularized components through precision manufacturing, guaranteeing multi-compatibility.
Enhancements such as an adjustable mechanical stop block and more precise deck locks ensure increased accuracy, reliability, and security. Strengthening treatments applied to the deck sub-frame and roll deck hinge beam further, bolster carrying capacity.
Introducing a new bi-directional operation panel for convenient and straightforward operation, characterized by high reliability. Additionally, the inclusion of multiple binding tools facilitates simple and easy operation.
4. Light Pylon
CSCTRUCK has developed a customized LED light bar, prioritizing operator visibility amidst the distraction of wrecker lights during loading and transportation. Utilizing an innovative C-type arc design and advanced metal forming techniques, the assembly seamlessly incorporates alarm lights into an elegant light pylon.
5. Under-lift
The under-lift’s extension and retraction, lifting and lowering, and folding mechanism are utilized to support either the front or rear of the damaged vehicle, enabling its removal from the accident site. Various designs of under-lifts exist, capable of lifting the vehicle’s axles, wheels, or leaf springs, facilitating easy installation and removal of the damaged vehicle.
6. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic oil pipe is constructed from high-pressure galvanized steel, offering exceptional pressure resistance, superior thermal performance, an appealing appearance, and long-lasting durability. Its service life can be synchronized with the main body. Additionally, the hydraulic fittings, designed as bite-type rigid connectors from Germany, have significantly minimized interface oil leakage issues. They also boast a service life in alignment with the primary body.
