This tipper truck mounted on a 8×4 dump truck chassis supplied by SHACMAN, inherits its quality of military vehicle, the features with the solid structurer , durable application, and vehicle chassis with WEICHAI power engine, stronger, reliable and good performance.
The tipper box carrier build with high tensile steel, wear -resistant steel sheet thickness from 3mm-8mm, light duty design with an excellent structural performance could compliant different working requirements.

Excellent Performance
The hydraulic lifting system (Hyva Hydraulic Lifting System) ,has an excellent performance, and can be lifted to 46 degree minimum, allowing a smoother unloading.
Suitable for a 4-axle truck chassis (30 ton gross nominal weight), approx. 20000-25000 kg. Payload.
Wireless Remote Controlled
A remote controlled soft top tarpaulin system is installed to facilitate remote operation and prevent the goods from being spilled.
Airtight Sealing Soft Tarpaulin
Sealing strips are added at the rear of the side and bottom plate to improve sealing performance of the upper part, so that dripping can be avoided when loading water bearing medium.
The sealing strip is made of high performance polyurethane material , making is more wear-resistant under high-frequency usage.
U Style Carrier Design
Box-type design with specially folded side and rear doors for increased resistance. Adopt U shaped carrier box structurer, convenient for material slipping, tipping at the time of unloading, with beautiful and generous appearance.
Special Bends Design
The convex design is used in the middle of the sideboard, with large volume high carriage strength, and strong anti-expansion capacity. With special bends for increased resistance.
Front Wall
3mm-5mm front wall high tensile steel with reinforcement profile and consoles for hydraulic piston.
Rear Wall
Rear wall in 3mm-5mm. high tensile steel with special bends for increased resistance. The rear wall will be open to the side and secured with a manual locking mechanism during transport.
Tarpaulins Hooks and Eyelets
