SUMMARY
The prefabricated structure of the Fuel Tank Trailer has a capacity of 46000 liters and can be transported in containers, allowing for reduced ocean freight and lower import tariffs in countries that impose high fees on complete vehicles. As a leading supplier, we offer customization options for different volumes and compartments based on our client’s specific requirements.
Safety is a top priority, and the fuel trailer is equipped with various safety devices such as an explosion-proof large cover for the manhole and an emergency shut-off valve for the bottom outlet of the tank. The tanker is automatically welded using an advanced, large-scale special welding machine, ensuring the safety of the tanker and increasing its service life. A water-filled test equipment water tank is also included to ensure the high seal of the tank trailer body and prevent oil leaks. Additionally, an anti-wave plated inside of the tank reduces the impact of the liquid on the tanker.
To save costs and ensure long-term service, we use parts from well-known brands in our tank trailers.

6. Advanced technology
Advanced equipment is used to process the major parts and components of the trailer, including automatic tracking submerged arc welding machines for the longitudinal beams and shot-blasting for improved paint adhesiveness. The tank is also painted with epoxy zinc phosphate primer and polyurethane finish for anti-corrosion protection.
