The hydraulic tank has a sufficient volume, good filtration, and temperature/level indicators. The refueling hose reel can be easily and quickly deployed.
– The interlocking system is integrated with the chassis brake system, which engages under specific conditions such as improper resetting of the refueling connector, oil inlet guardrail, force collector, static grounding wire clamp, wheel gear, aircraft fuel tank cover, tank roof channel guardrail, or lifting platform.
– Safety and Emergency Measures: The interlocking brake engages if any part of the system is not correctly reset. During refueling, if the Deadman controller fails, a bypass button allows continued operation. In emergencies, pressing the engine stop button halts the engine and refueling process, or activating the emergency evacuation switch allows the vehicle to be started and moved, triggering alarms and lights. The truck is equipped with electrostatic grounding coils and wires on both sides to ensure conductivity reliability. The conduction resistance from any metal pipe segment to the ground clamp does not exceed 5 ohms.
