Description
BRIEF
A bulk feed truck, also known as a bulk feed transport truck, is a kind of transportation tool with a simple structure, reliable performance, large conveying capacity, convenient operation, and strong maneuverability. It is widely used in feed transportation of large, medium, and small breeding enterprises.
Bulk feed truck is mainly used to transport bulk feed products or raw grains from feed mills to livestock farms, poultry farms, and feed processing users. In addition, it can also be used to transport certain non-corrosive powdery and granular raw materials, such as powder materials in pharmaceutical factories and grain warehouse turnover. The feed tank of this type of vehicle is mounted on the chassis of the truck and consists of a tank assembly, a conveying system (including a horizontal unloading system, vertical unloading system, and movable unloading system), a bulk feed tank hydraulic system, a bulk feed tank electric system, a pneumatic compartment mechanism, etc. A gate is provided at the bottom of the tank, and a horizontal screw conveyor is installed below, which is driven by the output power of the automobile gearbox, and then drives the high-pressure oil pump to drive the hydraulic system. The hydraulic motor of the bulk feed truck tank drives the blade shaft and blades of the horizontal screw conveyor to rotate through the transmission device, and the feed is discharged through the movable conveying system. A movable unloading auger placed flat on the roof can rotate and lift freely. The spiral pipe on the top lies flat on the tank top during transportation; when unloading, it is lifted so that the discharge port at the end of the pipe is connected and aligned with the feed door on the top of the storage tank of the livestock and poultry farm to complete the unloading.
The box design of the bulk feed truck adopts a frame structure. The outer surface steel plate and the frame are connected by bolts, and all the joints are sealed with sealant. The 2 inner side plates of the box form a “V” shape with the horizontal screw machine, ensuring that the feed can enter the screw machine completely by gravity when it slides down the slope. The vertical outer side plate integrates the chassis and the box, making the whole vehicle beautiful and coordinated. The box has 4 compartments in total. The 2 middle compartments are normally open, which directly leads to the horizontal screw machine. The front and rear compartments are normally closed, and each is equipped with a discharge compartment door. Only when the compartment door is opened can it communicate with the screw machine.
