SUMMARY
3000 liters fuel tank lorry is mainly for transporting and storing petroleum derivatives (gasoline, light oil, lubricating oil, coal tar oil). Set oil, pump oil, and various oil equipment, functions according to the use of different gases and oils, in different environments. A special part of the tanker consists of tanks, power take-off shafts, drive shafts, gear pumps, and piping system components. The pipe system consists of an oil pump, 3-4 ball valves, and a two-way valve. filter tube.
Our oil tank truck uses advanced butt welding technology, high-pressure gas is used after forming the tank test leak detection, the tank has high strength, stable center of gravity, and vehicle safety and stability have sexuality. The shot peening pretreatment process, rust, and tank welding after painting adopt advanced baking technology to ensure durability and a beautiful appearance.

Tank manufacturing automation production line has developed advanced tank manufacturing technology from steel plate stamping, sheet metal milling, plate butt jointing, coiling, forming, assembly, welding, forming, and other processing steps, and is equipped with automatic manufacturing equipment for each process. The main beam is cut by a laser cutting machine, and the height and thickness are determined according to the load capacity and road conditions.
