Supply of city type fire truck complete with standard firefighting and rescue accessories, mounted on the right-hand drive chassis (Nepal drive standard) and designed for effective firefighting in high-risk areas.
The fire performance of the fire truck meets the requirements of GB7956 Fire Truck Standard, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 Quality Control Certification; the chassis has passed the national compulsory product certification. The fire pumps and fire monitors equipped have passed the inspection of the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Inspection Center; the fire interface meets the GB12514-2006 standard; the whole vehicle has passed the 3C certification and conforms to the truck. Frame Body
Overall Layout |
The front and two sides of the middle of the body are storage compartments. The aluminum alloy shutters are installed at both sides of the body and the back of the pump compartment. The roof can be walked – on and is padded with riffled aluminum plates for safety reasons the roof is surrounded with a stainless handrail. Two lockers on each side provided with aluminum roller shutter. Two lockers on each side provided with drains and vents. |
Technological Requirements |
All welding panels and skeleton steels are through strict process of anti-rust and anti-corrosion. After completing welding of the tank, the tank will be clear up and removed possible defects such as empty solder. And then it will be through 24-hour hydrostatic test to assure no leakage. |

The outer frame of the body are all high quality Q235A(while water tank and foam tanks are stainless steel), the inner frame use high strength aluminum alloy, the bottom panel adopt aluminum panels with anodic oxidation treatment. |
