This HOWO Skip Loader Garbage Truck is suitable for the general garbage bucket, with self-unloading function, hydraulic operation, the garbage bucket can be lifted up and down by itself, and the swing arm has a working cycle time of 60S. The feature of this truck is that the bucket is separated from the truck body, which can realize the joint operation of one truck and multiple buckets, cyclic transportation, which fully improves the transportation capacity of the vehicle, and is especially suitable for short-distance transportation, such as the cleaning of urban garbage by the sanitation department, transportation, etc.
This truck is mainly composed of swing arm structure, hopper, hydraulic system and operating system.
Swing Arm Mechanism: It is composed of steel plates and assembled into a box-shaped structure. Its main function is to drive the swing arm to rotate around the axis by the manifold valve operating the oil cylinder, so that the heavy objects can be lifted.
Hopper: There are two types, open and sealed. (boat-shaped bucket, square bucket, sealing bucket)
Hydraulic Operating System: The hydraulic system consists of power take-off, oil pump, manual manifold reversing valve, one-way hydraulic lock, balance valve, oil pipe, oil tank, etc. The whole system is powered by the automobile gearbox and power take-off, and the manual multi-way valve controls the outrigger cylinder and the swing arm cylinder for telescopic movement. Lift heavy objects only when the outriggers are confirmed to support the vehicle. The displacement of the oil pump in this system can be regulated by the manual throttle under the car. The handle of the manual reversing valve can adjust the stroke of the valve rod and thus the movement speed of the piston rod of the oil cylinder. The system pressure can be set by the safety relief valve. If the system exceeds the set pressure, the safety relief valve overflows.

Hydraulic Cylinder
