Description
• The ISUZU 6 Wheelers Garbage Compactor Truck is welded and formed by high-quality corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant steel plates. The compression effect is good and does not deform.
• The power output is provided by the Japanese original engine, automobile power take-off is connected to a high-power gear oil pump, and the performance is stable, safe and reliable.
• The compression part adopts the electromechanical-hydraulic integration technology of one-button operation, installs the PLC intelligent control program, and only needs to press the button once to automatically complete the single-cycle or continuous-cycle garbage loading operation, which is more convenient to operate.
• The compression ratio of garbage can reach more than 1:2.5. After the domestic garbage is compressed, the density can reach 0.5-0.8t/m3, and the loading capacity is larger. And the one cycle time of filling operation is less than 30 seconds, and the one cycle time of unloading operation is less than 40 seconds, which greatly improves the operation efficiency.
• The installation has two operating modes, electronic control and manual, which can independently complete the garbage loading and unloading operation, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance. Operation buttons are set in the cab and at the rear of the vehicle respectively. When unloading garbage in the garbage yard, the operator does not need to get off the vehicle, and the whole process of unloading garbage can be completed in the cab, which is more convenient and faster.
• The junction of the hopper and the refuse body is locked by a special-shaped sealing strip through hydraulic locking, so that the garbage can be reliably sealed in the refuse body and prevent the leakage of garbage and sewage. A sewage tank is separately designed outside the garbage box, which can collect the sewage generated during the garbage compression process and discharge it in a centralized manner, effectively avoiding secondary pollution.
• In order to effectively ensure the safety of operators and equipment, an emergency brake button is specially set up on the vehicle, which can make the garbage hopper stop in any state or at any position; and in the hydraulic oil circuit of the lifting filler, Equipped with a safety device to prevent the oil pipe from bursting and the filler from falling suddenly to improve the safety of use.
