Description
• The refuse body is made of high-quality Q345 manganese steel of WISCO, with four sides and four bottoms. Arc-shaped, good force, no deformation, larger loading capacity.
• The power take-off adopts a well-known domestic brand, which is specially equipped for special vehicles, perfectly matched with the engine and gearbox, and has a low failure rate.
• The oil pump adopts the well-known domestic brand Anhui Anhui oil pump, and is equipped with a compaction valve to increase the compression density and increase the loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times that of the same ton of uncompressed waste.
• The oil tank is enlarged and the volume is increased to prevent the high temperature of the hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added to the oil tank through the hydraulic oil filter, so as to filter impurities in the hydraulic oil, reduce the failure rate, and effectively prevent the damage of accessories. The manifold valve adopts a Sino-foreign joint venture brand , Wessenbole manifold valve, matched with Wessenbole oil cylinder, low failure rate, CAN bus control mode; less wiring, low failure rate, automatic display of fault codes, convenient maintenance.
• Operation automation: It adopts photoelectric switch and time dual system control, with one-button unloading, with wireless remote control device, only one driver needs to operate in all filling and unloading operations, and two operating modes, automatic and semi-automatic can be set. The labor intensity of sanitation workers has been greatly improved, and the working environment has been greatly improved.
• Double insurance system: The operating system has dual functions of computer control and manual operation, which greatly protects and improves the utilization rate of the vehicle. The pressure regulating valve changes position to prevent the customer from adjusting the pressure without authorization, and the power take-off is equipped with a warning to remind the customer to switch the power take-off to prevent the power take-off from being damaged.
