Description
1. Garbage in Automated Side Rear Lift Garbage Truck is closed during filling and transport in compression. The unique combination of “sealing” and “draining” technology ensures that there will be no dripping and spraying of sewage during collection and transportation. The volume of the sewage tank at the lower part of the filler reaches 0.42m3, and the sewage storage capacity is strong.
2. Advanced hydraulic lifting safety circuit is adopted. The principle is that a one-way balance valve is set on the lift cylinder in the hydraulic system. The valve cuts off the direct connection between the lift cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not drop suddenly and cause a vicious accident, which improves the safety of use.
3. The Automated Side Rear Lift Garbage Truck uses two-way compression technology, the compression ratio can reach more than 1:2.5, and the compressed domestic waste can reach more than 600-800Kg/m3.
4. One cycle time of filling operation is less than 25 seconds, and one cycle time of unloading operation is less than 45 seconds, and the volume of the filler bucket is large. Electric and hydraulic joint control: Using the advantages of electric control and hydraulic control, through control conversion, ensures the accurate and reliable action of each mechanism and improves the reliability and efficiency of use.
5. Imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integrated control is adopted, the control circuit is generated in the PLC, and the logic circuit is used to ensure that each operation command is executed in sequence, and only the external line is connected, which reduces the failure rate and avoids accidents caused by misoperation, improve reliability; the specially set emergency brake button can stop the garbage pressing device in any state or any position, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.
6. The operation control box is installed in the cab and the rear of the Automated Side Rear Lift Garbage Truck respectively. The operation control box in the cab can control the pushing and unloading and select the operation mode, and the operation control box at the rear of the vehicle controls the operation of the pressing mechanism and the bucket lifting mechanism, which is very easy to use and operate conveniently.
7. The opening and closing of the hopper cover are automatically controlled, making the appearance more concise and beautiful, and the operation more user-friendly.
