DESCRIPTION
The Dongfeng Combined Sewer Cleaner Truck is mounted on the Dongfeng KR chassis. It is composed of a power take-off, a clean water tank, a sewage suction tank, a high-pressure water pump, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic control device, a mechanical winch device, a high-pressure flushing hose, a vacuum suction pipeline, a sewage discharge system. The tank is welded with a 6mm carbon steel plate straight weld seam and the tank head is made of 10-12mm. The interior can be anti-corrosion treated according to customer requirements. Split shaft PTO drives the high-pressure water pump, vacuum pump, and sewage dumping self-unloading device.

Vacuum System
- Automatic sensing device to prevent overfilling (sniffer valve releasing vacuum when the tank is full).
- Installed/ Pressure Relief Valve – Fitted in a suitable position, this device provides safety to the storage tank as the complete system.
- Installed / Exhauster is directly driven from cab-controlled P.T.O
- Installed Primary & Secondary Shut-off
- A Suction Group Pneumatically operated 4-way
Jetting and Hose System
- On the rear end of the Combined tank is provided the hose’s reel, which is designed to store up to 120 meters of the supplied sewer jetting hose 1″. Delivery and recovery of the jetting hose is done via a low-speed, high torque hydraulic.
- 1” (inch) female thread, high pressure jetting nozzles working pressure 165bar (milling type, torpedo type, sewer cleaning type)
Control Panel
The system is driven by a control panel fixed on the backside of the tank and remote control for the boom system. All controls for the operation and the workings of the truck are fitted to an illuminated, lockable, water-resistant control panel that is attached and moves with the hose reel.
