1. Description
☆ CHASSIS: CSC5172GXFPM60 Water & Foam Fire Truck mounted base on the ISUZU GIGA 4×2 fire vehicle chassis, original 2 doors open. The chassis engine power is 280kW/380HP horsepower, which meets the Euro five(Class 5) emission standards, and the 4×2 drive which is comfortable and light to drive. The chassis is equipped with various braking devices such as ABS anti-lock braking system.
☆ TANKER: Built-in water tank and foam tank, Water Tank Volume 6,000kg, Foam Volume 2,000kg, and the foam tank Body is made of material with 304# stainless steel.
☆ FIRE PUMP: It adopted Chinese best Fire pump.
☆ FIRE MONITOR: It also adopted Chinese best fire monitor.
☆ CONSTRUCITON: The main metal frame of the fire truck is constructed from high-quality steel weldment structure to ensure that the overall frame structure is high in strength, solid and reliable. The internal equipment and accessories compartments, frames are all made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles to, and the skirt adopts an outturned pedal door. The structure makes it easy to step and get the equipment.
☆ CERTIFICATION: The fire-fighting performance meets the requirements of GB7956.1-2014 “Fire truck Part 1: General technical conditions”; the chassis has passed the China Compulsory Product Certification (CCC); the engine emissions meet the European IV standard. Obtained a copy of China’s National Compulsory Product Certification (with 3CF on top) issued by the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security, provided at the time of delivery.

☆ STRUCTURE

The front and two sides of the middle of the body are storage compartments. It is exposed type independent water tank in the middle position of the central compartment. The back of the body is pump compartment. |

Technological requirements |
All welding panels and skeleton steels are through strict process of anti-rust, anti-corrosion and phosphating pickling. All the accessories、standard components are processed of galvanization、electroplate、Decrement treatments and so on. After completing welding of the tank, the tank will be clear up and removed possible defects such as empty solder. And then it will be through 24-hour hydrostatic test to assure no leakage. |
