- The refrigerated truck‘s body structure is crafted using a polyester wet plate production process and features a column frame made of glass fiber-reinforced stainless steel. This design utilizes the cutting-edge fifth-generation fully enclosed polyurethane plate bonding technique globally.
- For the panel material, both the inner and outer wall panels are constructed from high-quality 2.2mm FRP produced domestically. The insulation material between them is a thick layer of imported polyurethane, contributing to an 80mm thickness for the car body and doors. The bottom plate is covered with an overall aluminum plate, while the underside uses a color plate and imported polyurethane.
- Various accessories include 2.5mm aluminum alloy edging encircling the vehicle, stainless steel corner protectors, stainless steel door locks, 4 anti-collision rubber elements, stainless steel door frames, stainless steel hinges, and energy-efficient interior lighting.
- The refrigeration unit used is a well-known domestic brand, either American Carrier or Thermoking overhead unit, ensuring temperature control within the range of 0 to 5 degrees and 18 degrees in the truck.
