DESCRIPTION
The SINOTRUK 18000L Sewer Pump Truck is mounted on the SINOTRUK HOWO chassis. The Vacuum Sewer Truck is used for collecting, transporting, and discharging liquid such as dirty water, sludge, septic, crude oil, and solid stuff such as small stones, and bricks as well. It is suitable for cleaning the sewer, cesspit, gully, etc. It is widely used in the environment and sanitation field.
FEATURES
Construction
All steel electric welded construction from 6 mm steel plate.
ASTM A-36/S275JR with 8mm dished and flanged ends.
6mm internal baffle plates
Vacuum Pump :
MORO PM110W (Made in Italy). Water cooling with fans. Incorporated oil pump, incorporated check valve, incorporated change over valve, incorporated non-return valve.
Mounting: The vacuum pump shall be located on one side of the sewage tank.
Installation: Air installation is constructed with DN100 (100 mm) steel pipes.
Flow Capacity: 16,400 lt/min.
Rotor Speed: 1400 rpm.
Max. Vacuum: % 95
Drive Type: Driven by an electro-pneumatic split-shaft PTO mounted to the truck’s main driveline without causing any efficiency loss. Motion is transferred to the vacuum pump with heavy-duty pulley belt connections.
Safety Devices
I. Safety System: Mounted on the top of the tank, with a stainless steel floating ball – shut off system.
II. Safety System: Mounted on the vacuum installation between the vacuum pump and first safety system, with a stainless steel floating ball – shut off system. It consists of a 70-liter overflow tank and a manual discharging valve.
Pressure Relief Valve: Mounted on the vacuum installation, providing secure working conditions in case of excessive pressure force created in the vacuum tank.
Vacuum Relief Valve: Mounted on the vacuum installation, providing secure working conditions in case of excessive vacuum force created in the vacuum tank.
Overflow Safety: Provides secure working conditions to prevent sludge materials to reach the vacuum pump. When the sludge level reaches a critical value, overflow safety stops the vacuum process automatically. The vacuum pump stops, the truck engine rpm decreases, the vacuum line
shuts down and the operator warning buzzer runs. This safety feature is developed by CSCTRUCK’s R&D department.
