INTRODUCTION
The CSC Skip Loader is equipped with a unified supporting hydraulic lift assembly. It can be shipped through the left and right arms to the national unified swing arm type garbage bucket. Working principle
The characteristics of the swing arm garbage truck are that the garbage bin is separated from the car body to realize the combined use of one car and multiple garbage bins and to recycle. The cargo bucket has a square shape and a boat shape. The square is used for the pit type and the boat shape is placed on the ground, which fully improves the transportation capacity of the vehicle. Working Principle: It adopts hydraulic drive, and structure shown in below figure
Hydraulic system consists of oil tank, oil pump, multi-way directional valve, hydraulic cylinder, balance valve, hydraulic lock, oil filter and pipeline, ect.
The force extractor obtains power from the automobile engine and transmits it to the oil pump through the transmission shaft to drive the oil pump to rotate.
Operation of the multi-way directional valve can control the expansion movement of the swing arm hydraulic cylinder and the supporting leg hydraulic cylinder respectively to complete the loading and unloading of the crane.
Hydraulic system is equipped with balance valve and hydraulic lock. The balancing valve can ensure the smooth and safe movement of the swinging arm and prevent the hopper from stalling. Hydraulic lock can prevent the leg hydraulic cylinder in the work of soft leg phenomenon and prevent the leg accidentally out in the driving.
When handle of the multi-way reversing valve is not operated, the hydraulic oil discharged from oil pump returns to the oil tank through the multi-way reversing valve. The Max. operating pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa, which is defined by the relief valve on the multi-way reversing valve.
Under normal circumstances, when the system pressure exceeds 16Mpa, the hydraulic oil will flow back to the tank through the relief valve, which often indicates that the system is overloaded and the mechanism cannot work normally. The pressure valve of the safety valve has been set before leaving the factory. Do not adjust it at will section.
Swing arm mechanism: it is a box structure made of welded steel plates. The swing arm hydraulic cylinder can be driven to rotate back and forth around the swing axis by operating the multi-way directional valve with the Max. swing angle of 145°.
The arm swing mechanism is used to lift and unload cargo/hopper.
Hopper: It is a metal welding piece, available in open and sealed forms. When the bulk cargo is loaded into the hopper, the hopper can be hoisted onto truck by hanging chain and swing arm operation. When discharging, the swing arm is used to lift the hopper. After landing, the lifting chain at one end can be used to discharge the hopper. Max. tilting angle of the hopper is 86°.

Operation system: Through the system to achieve the transformation of various functions. Before the operation of multiple directional control valve, the force extractor should be put on to drive the oil pump. By manipulating the handle of multi-way reversing valve, the support lef can be expanded, and the work of loading and unloading can be completed. By operating the throttle handle ext to the multiplex valve, the engine speed can be controlled and the flow of system can be adjusted to change the working speed of the mechanism.
