Dongfeng Spraying Water Firefighter Truck 4000 Liters refitted from Dongfeng DOLLICAR model number EQ1090SJ8BDC chassis, . The vehicle with chassis manufacturers original firefighter’s passenger crew cabin number 2+3 people. Fire truck work as chassis engine transmission transmits the power to the fire pump through the drive shaft. The fire pump sprays the water in the tank through the fire monitor.
Main components include sandwich type PTO, transmission mechanism, fire pump, fire monitor, tank , water pipeline, equipment compartment and fire-fighting equipment, electrical control system, etc.
The truck has an inner tank structure. The front part of the body is a water tank + equipment box, and the rear part is a pump. room. The liquid-carrying tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is elastically connected to the chassis. It carries 2600kg of water. It is equipped with a CB10/30-XZ fire pump produced by Shanghai Xiongzhen Fire Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd., with a rated flow of 30L/S. The roof is installed with Chengdu Weiss PS30W vehicle fire monitor produced by Special Fire Machinery Co., Ltd. The biggest feature of this car is its flexibility, good handling and easy maintenance. It can be widely used in public security fire brigades, factories and mines, communities, docks and other places to fight general material fires.
The fire-fighting performance of the vehicle meets the requirements of GB7956-2014; the chassis has passed the national compulsory product certification; the engine emissions meet the requirements of the fifth stage limit of GB17691-2005 (National V standard); the vehicle has passed the inspection of the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Report No.: Zb201630546) and has been included in the new automobile product announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and CCCF is in the process of applying.
Structure-The main frame structure is welded with high-quality square pipes, and the outer decorative panel is welded with carbon steel plates. The roof is non-slip and walkable, with flip pedals on both sides and non-slip design.
Equipment compartment-The equipment box is located at the rear of the passenger compartment, with aluminum alloy rolling doors on both sides, and lighting lights inside. There are storage boxes in the equipment compartment according to requirements.
Pump compartment-the pump cabinet is located at the rear of the vehicle, with aluminum alloy rolling doors on both sides and back, and lighting lamps inside. Some common equipment can be placed on both sides of the pump room.
