The 16 CBM static compactor produced by CSCTRUCK is a highly efficient waste management solution designed for demanding environments. This compactor boasts a theoretical waste treatment capacity of 16 tons per hour, making it ideal for large-scale waste processing tasks. Equipped with a robust 7.5kW motor, it delivers powerful performance while maintaining energy efficiency.
The compactor operates with a maximum system pressure of 21Mpa and can generate a maximum compression force of 360kN. These specifications ensure that the compactor can handle a wide range of waste materials, effectively reducing their volume and optimizing space utilization.
The feeding mechanism of the static compactor has a maximum lifting capacity of 2 tons, enabling it to manage heavy loads with ease. Additionally, the compacted waste density reaches a minimum of 0.75 tons per cubic meter, ensuring efficient compaction that minimizes the frequency of waste disposal operations.

The mobile garbage compactor consists of a compression chamber, a garbage box, a pressure head, a discharge door, a feeding mechanism, a locking mechanism, a front door, a hydraulic and electronic control system, etc.

Features & Advantages
The bottom plate and side plate of the compression chamber are made of NM450 plate with a yield strength of 1200MPa.
The compression chamber has the function of crushing and preventing garbage rebound (Figure 1)
3. The compression chamber has the function of observing the real-time status of garbage compression on both sides. The observation window is made of polymer resin material and has explosion-proof and easy-to-clean functions. (Figure 2).

4. The garbage bin adopts an inverted cone design, and the side panels are made of Q345 high-strength material; there is an exhaust device inside (Figure 3).
5. The compaction head adopts a W-shaped hyperbolic type, and the pressure head + double sliding cover mechanism is arranged (Figure 4).

6. The compaction head is made of high-strength HG70 material.
7. The discharging plate is made of high-strength Q345 plates and profiles and is equipped with a garbage hoisting device inside to ensure that the garbage fills the entire garbage bin during compression (Figure 5)
8. The feeding mechanism adopts a multi-link mechanism design; the hopper adopts a corrugated structure design, with no reinforcement ribs on the outside and bottom plate, and is beautiful and elegant. There is a buffer device at the bottom of the tipping hopper (Figure 6).

10. The locking mechanism adopts a large cylinder cavity force and multi-link drive locking design; the locking support and connecting rod are adjustable, which can greatly extend the service life of the discharge door sealing strip; the pin shaft and connecting rod are tempered and galvanized to increase their service life (Figure 7).
11. The front door is made of Q345 high-strength whole plate, which is beautiful and simple; the rotating hinge, handle, and locking tongue are all galvanized for corrosion protection (Figure 8).

12. All rotating pins of the equipment are tempered and galvanized to increase their service life; the ear plates are fixed with bolts + ear arc plates to prevent the bolts from being sheared (Figure 9).
13. The feeding mechanism cylinder has a two-way buffer function to reduce the running noise of the feeding mechanism; the compression cylinder has a buffer function to further reduce the compression reversing impact and improve the overall running stability; the cylinder grease nozzles are equipped with protection measures to prevent the grease nozzles from being sheared off during use(Figure 10).

14. The unloading door locking oil circuit has a hydraulic lock function; the quick-change joint has a pressure relief function. (Figure 11)

15. The discharge door uses double-lip sealing strips and double-pass sealing to ensure no dripping. It adopts slot-type installation to facilitate subsequent maintenance and replacement (Figure 12).

16. It has three control functions: wire control, touch control, and button control (Figure 13)

16.1. It has the functions of abnormal phase sequence alarm, display, and phase change of a three-phase power supply, which is convenient for changing the phase of the motor without rewiring.
16.2. It has the function of LCD, which can display the working status of the equipment on the screen, including but not limited to dynamic garbage volume display, wrong operation prompt, equipment operation status, self-diagnosis result display of fault, program adjustment function, etc.
16.3. It has the function of a full-pressure alarm and display.
16.4. It has the function of automatic heat dissipation of the hydraulic system.
16.5. It has the function of emergency stop and emergency shutdown alarm and display.
16.6. It has the function of a low-liquid level alarm and display.
16.7. It has the function of forcibly returning to the initial working position when the pressure head is in any position.
16.8. It has the function of automatic alarm and automatic diagnosis of hydraulic system failure (see Figure 14)

17. The equipment is driven by a high-performance motor and adopts a highly efficient, energy-saving, and reliable system design.
18. The equipment adopts PLC control, which can automatically adjust the cylinder thrust according to the load of garbage compression so that the garbage is evenly and densely distributed in the box.
19. Key components: motors, oil pumps, pressure measuring joints, circuit breakers, relays, buttons, etc. are all well-known domestic and foreign brands. The electrical components fully comply with CE safety standards and adopt a waterproof plug-in design.
