ISUZU 4CBM Rear Loader Garbage Truck

BRIEF

ISUZU 4CBM Rear Loader Garbage Truck is mounted on ISUZU 100P chassis truck, for collection of garbage by emptying/unloading garbage into the hopper of the compactor from the bins. The rear loader unit is a hydraulic-assisted packer body designed for the assigned work. The garbage truck is combined with manual control, rear push-button control, and in-cab control for automatic recycling work.

FEATURES

Garbage Compactor Truck Body

1. Garbage compactor body is fabricated from Q235 Steel sheets (5 mm thick floor, 4 mm side wall plate) Corrugation in the side sheets gives extra strength. The cross members are in a U-shape that forms a strong reinforcement in the bottom plate.
2. The body sides are equipped with profile steel guide rails that guide the movement of the ejector. It is automatically hydraulic moved by a telescopic cylinder with 2 extensions.

3. The body has done anti-rust treatment.

Tailgate

1. Hopper is constructed from wear-resistant steel; side channels are fabricated from full length high strength steel. The loose garbage capacity of the loading hopper is around 1,5 m³ with the self-cleaning ability during discharge.

2. The tailgate raise is achieved by two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, which must be equipped with safety devices to prevent the tailgate from falling abruptly in the event of hydraulic failure or hose burst.
3. The hydraulic system includes relief valves to prevent excess pressure that may damage hoses, tubes, and other hydraulic components.
4. The compaction ratio (volumetric) varies between 3:1 to 6:1 according to the characteristic of the garbage.

Operation and Control

The system is controlled by CAN BUS, from the rear PLC control box, in-cab control, and multi-way valve control. The operation is capable of a continuous cycle, semi-automatic single cycles, and manually operated.
